The €650 / 7 500 NOK pass covers all technical sessions and workshops, the welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches, the midsummer evening cruise and the gala dinner. Travel and accommodation are booked separately.
Registration opens on impetus.no ahead of the conference. Early booking is recommended as both delegate hotels and the ship cabins have limited capacity.
No — this preview shows an illustrative programme based on the 2026 conference. The official 2028 schedule and speaker line-up will be published closer to the event and will update automatically in the app.

Yes. The conference thrives on user-community talks. There's a call for presentations before the event, plus on-site lightning talks on Day 1.
Norway is part of the Schengen area. Many nationalities enter visa-free for short stays; check the requirements for your passport well in advance and allow time if you need a Schengen visa.
Fly into Kristiansand (KRS, ~1h15 by road) or Stavanger (SVG). From Stavanger you can take the scenic MS Sandnes coastal cruise, the conference bus, or drive via the E39. See the Travel section for details.
Grand Hotell (the main venue) and Maritim Fjordhotell both offer a preferential conference rate of around €180 / 2 095 NOK per night. You can also book a cabin aboard MS Sandnes.
Yes — the midsummer cruise and gala dinner are part of the delegate pass. Optional add-ons such as the coastal arrival cruise, kayaking and the ARENA excursion are booked separately.
Smart-casual throughout. Bring a warm, windproof layer for the evening on deck and comfortable shoes for the ship and old town.
Yes. Note any allergies or dietary needs during registration and the catering team will accommodate them.
Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue and hotels. Signal is limited on the water, so this app caches everything for offline use.
It's a Progressive Web App — open it in your browser and choose “Add to Home Screen” (or “Install”). No app store needed, and it keeps working offline once installed.
Star the sessions you want to attend and enable notifications in Settings. The app will remind you before each favourite begins, even shortly before the ship departs.
Yes. The conference is a respectful, professional and inclusive space. Any concerns can be raised confidentially at the conference desk.
Selected sessions may be shared with delegates afterwards. Some defence-related content may be excluded for security reasons.
